How do I enroll in a MedicAlert membership?
It’s easy to get started. To enroll online:
- Review the features, benefits, and price of each plan option.
- Tap the "Select" button on the plan you choose.
- You’ll land on the Medical IDs page to choose your ID.
- Once you select your ID, specify your free custom engraving.
- After confirming your engraving, you'll see a pop up about our plans. Confirm your plan selection here and proceed to checkout.

Will my membership automatically renew?
Yes. According to our Terms and Conditions, when you purchase a membership online or over the phone, you are agreeing to enroll in auto-renewal for your membership term. Automatic renewal ensures that your MedicAlert membership continues without interruption so you'll never have a lapse in protection. You will receive a reminder about the automatic renewal by email approximately 30 days prior to your scheduled renewal date.
